By creating an account, accessing, or using ReactForm (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

ReactForm is a web-based form builder platform that enables users to create, customise, publish, and collect responses to online forms. The Service is available under a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.

Free plan accounts are limited to 50 responses per form. Pro plan accounts receive unlimited responses along with additional features including CSV export, QR codes, custom branding, form scheduling, and duplicate submission prevention.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@reactform.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Free plan limits.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use ReactForm to:

• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or without appropriate notices to respondents.

• Distribute spam, phishing forms, or deceptive content.

• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or other users.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you create on ReactForm, including your form designs and the response data collected through your forms.

By using the Service you grant ReactForm a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your content or response data to third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data to improve the Service.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by ReactForm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our express written permission.

The ReactForm name and logo are trademarks of ReactForm. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ReactForm does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReactForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we have reason to believe your account poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
